We only source the highest quality freshly roasted beans. Our syrups are house- made in small batches using high quality organic ingredients- no dyes, no artificial flavors. Our number one seller is unlimited coffee events or flat-rate coffee catering. You book with one straightforward flat fee upfront, and everyone at your wedding, corporate gathering, baby shower, office party, or private event enjoys free- flowing specialty lattes the entire time- no per drink tabs, no surprises.
That said we’re fully flexible. If a pay-by-the- cup coffee cart set up better suits your needs we are happy to discuss it. We can customize pricing per drink, add menu tweaks, or hybrid options. We keep it simple and venue friendly. Our compact cart set up needs about 10×10 feet of flat, level spaced access to three separate spots to plug in at least two of them being dedicated circuit for our espresso machine. We bring everything else that is needed for set up and take down! Indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) as long as we have adequate space and power our setup is seamless. No mess, quick load in/out.

For best availability - especially peak seasons like summer, or around the holidays we recommend booking at least 2-3 month’s in advance. That being said we are flexible and often handle last- minute requests!

Our setup handles most events comfortably serving up to 500 guests depending on duration and drink choices. We have skilled baristas and extremely high quality and efficient equipment so we make lattes as fast as possible. When serving large groups of people we typically do see a longer line and we do our best to get drinks out as fast as possible.
We prioritize craftsmanship over rushing - because making a great latte is an art that can’t be hurried. Each espresso shot is pulled with precision, milk is steamed to micro-foam perfection and every pour gets the time and attention to detail it deserves. We don’t cut corners on quality to chase speed.

Absolutely! We can make your event even more memorable. We can do custom branded cups with your logo/ event name or last names on the cups. We always include two syrups of your choice but you can add more than that for an extra charge as well. we offer various other non-coffee options to add on as well! Mention it in your inquiry and we can’t let you know how much any add on might cost!

We are based in the Fox Valley area and we are happy to travel all over the state! There are no travel fees if your event is within 50 miles round-trip! If your event exceeds that we just charge $1 per mile beyond the 50 miles roundtrip. Additionally if your event is over 200 miles roundtrip we charge for overnight stay. However for very large ticket events we will not charge overnight travel fees.
